  • How do I book a doctor visit at home?

    You can book by visiting our website and filling the "Book Home Visit" form, or by calling/WhatsApp us on +91 9116173009. Share your name, address, preferred date and time, and type of visit needed. We confirm the booking and assign a qualified doctor who will visit you at the scheduled time.

  • In which areas do you provide home healthcare services?

    We currently serve Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Delhi, and nearby NCR areas. When you book, share your full address and we will confirm if your location is covered. We are expanding to more areas over time.

  • What are your service timings?

    Home visits are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the service and doctor availability. For lab sample collection, we usually come between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. For urgent requests, call or WhatsApp us and we will try to arrange a visit at the earliest.

  • Are your doctors and nurses qualified and verified?

    Yes. All our doctors are registered practitioners and our nurses are qualified with relevant experience. We verify credentials and maintain strict standards. You can request details about the visiting professional when we confirm your booking.

  • Do you provide nursing care at home?

    Yes. We provide skilled nursing care at home for wound dressing, injections, vital monitoring, IV drips, and general patient care. This is useful for post-surgery care, elderly support, and chronic disease management. Book a nursing visit and we will send an experienced nurse to your address.

  • How does home sample collection for lab tests work?

    You book a lab test (e.g. blood, urine) through us. Our phlebotomist visits your home at the chosen time, collects the sample following proper hygiene, and sends it to our partner lab. Reports are shared online or via email. No need to visit a diagnostic centre.

  • Can I get physiotherapy at home?

    Yes. We offer in-home physiotherapy for post-surgery rehab, joint or muscle issues, and mobility improvement. Our physiotherapists bring basic equipment and guide you through exercises. You can book single sessions or a package as per your need.

  • Do you deliver medicines at home?

    Yes. You can order prescribed medicines through CareWale. We partner with trusted pharmacies and deliver to your doorstep. We also deliver medical equipment such as BP monitors, glucometers, and other devices. Share your prescription and address to place an order.

  • Is medical equipment available on rent?

    Yes. We offer medical equipment on rent (e.g. oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, hospital beds) for short-term or long-term use. Rent and delivery terms depend on the equipment and duration. Contact us with your requirement and we will share options and pricing.

  • Do you provide care for elderly or chronic patients?

    Yes. We specialise in elderly and chronic care at home. This includes regular doctor visits, nursing support, vital monitoring, medication reminders, and wound care. You can book one-time visits or discuss recurring care packages with our team.

  • Do you offer mother and baby care at home?

    Yes. We offer newborn check-ups and postnatal care at home. A doctor or nurse can visit for baby examination, vaccination guidance, and mother鈥檚 health check. This avoids unnecessary hospital visits with a newborn.
